Dream Life Miami - The Best Places to Celebrate in Miami

Dream life Miami is a luxury yacht charter company that offers deluxe boat rentals in the area. You can rent your own private Miami yacht and celebrate special events. We have licensed captains and assistants for your comfort and safety. We also offer catering services.

Miami has its share of dreamers, but few residents of exclusive Fisher Island had their money “fall from the sky.” Marketplace Morning Report visits to see how they’re coping with the recession.

Riverside Wharf

Located on the Miami River, the Riverside Wharf event space is one-of-a-kind. The venue offers an expansive waterfront setting and impeccable customer service, making it the perfect location to host your special day. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, the team will ensure every detail is taken care of.

The new Riverside Wharf, to be built at 114 SW North River Drive, will cost $185 million to build and include two 10-story buildings with signature restaurants, a 12,000-square-foot event hall, nightclubs, rooftop dayclub, a private deep-water marina that can accommodate mega yachts and the 165-room Dream Miami luxury hotel. The project is being developed by MV Real Estate Holdings and Driftwood Capital, which has hotel projects across America.

The developer is seeking to extend its city-owned land lease by 50 years and to control adjacent parcels, in part to add a parking garage. It also wants to increase base rent, to ensure more revenue flows back to the city, and to construct a public riverwalk and seawall.

The Hotel

A block from South Beach, this hotel is a chic and hip oasis in a bustling part of town. Its stylish, modern rooms have Keurig coffeemakers and large bathrooms, including whirlpool tubs; some have balconies. A rooftop pool surrounded by lounge chairs is another draw; and there’s a small gym with lots of weight-training equipment.

The property’s restaurants include Naked Taco, serving spicy Mexican fare with a trendy, naughty edge, and HIGHBAR, the sleek, disco-era-in-a-good-way rooftop bar that has panoramic views. The silky beach and blue ocean are just a block away, and the famous shops of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue are within easy walking distance.

For a day outside the hotel, you can visit the nearby Wolfsonian Museum or head to Miami’s famed Everglades National Park, where alligators and bird species roam free in their subtropical wilderness. For an unforgettable way to experience Miami, take a private cruise with a local yacht charter.

The Rooftop

Take in dazzling views of the city skyline, Jamaica Bay, and The Atlantic Ocean at this chic rooftop bar and restaurant. Whether you’re in the mood for a movie under the stars, enjoying sunset drinks, or a tasty snack, this 6,000-square-foot space is sure to please.

White cabanas accentuate this cool rooftop bar that offers creative Peruvian-Japanese fare and ocean views. They serve up a range of drinks from a cocktail menu with an emphasis on herbal infusions and fresh pressed juices. When hunger strikes, enjoy bites like guacamole, shrimp tacos and lobster rolls.

Atop the dual-branded AC & Element Miami Brickell hotel, this rooftop bar is bright and cheery with pink lighting, hand-painted murals and a fire pit for those rare moments when Miami gets chilly. Sample their playful takes on classic cocktails and tapas-style small plates such as the Cuban cigar made with ham, pork, cheese, pickle relish and mustard aioli fried up in a puff pastry.

The Waterfront

Miami is a city with miles of waterfront and just as many spots to dine with spectacular ocean (or bay, or river) views. Whether you’re in the mood for a laid-back dockside dive with live music and cold beer, a glam Mediterranean-inspired lounge or a storied hotspot where yachts and aspiring celebrities line up for bottle service, there’s a waterfront eatery for every taste in the Magic City.

Set in an expertly repurposed warehouse along the Miami River, Seaspice Brasserie and Lounge is a waterfront destination where contemporary dining meets island charm. The food echoes the locale’s history, with dishes like the Seaspice Burger and Crab Tostadas blending bold Latin American flavors with coastal ingredients. The restaurant is also known for its exceptional hospitality, having welcomed guests including Michele Obama and Liv Tyler.
